Other amenities will include a multi-purpose commons area, lounge, computer lab, bike storage, laundry facilities and other conveniences for the comfort of the SUNY-ESF students.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;"SUNY's College of Environmental Science and Forestry is one of the nation's leading eco-friendly universities," said Rhonda Johannesen, Vice President, Allen &amp; O'Hara, and lead developer on this project. Ryan presented on &lt;b&gt;Geek Week&lt;/b&gt; - a programming model he developed here at UNIVERSITY.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a reward for his winning presentation, Ryan will be a special speaker at the Association of College and University Housing Officers - International meeting in New Orleans in 2011.  He will present the best idea from West Coast housing professionals.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Great job Ryan &amp;mdash; we are all proud of you!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
